Quality Starts With Quality Leadership

Juliett directs all aspects of operations for J&M Cleaning Team and has an AA Degree in Business Management. For 12 years she served as District Manager for Nine West where she controlled all aspects of operations for stores as well as the training/coaching of all employees. Juliett was also a Property Manager for Concord Management for 8 years. She spearheaded resident care, employee training / supervision, and performed all facets of property management.

Shihab has 30 years of experience in hospitality industries and worked in managerial and executive positions with multinational hotel chains including but not limited to Sheraton, Le Meridien, Sofitel, Holiday Inn. His last role was a Managing Director for a Hospitality Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotels & Hospitality Management in addition to Associate Degree in Human Resources Management. He’s most specialized in market analysis, budgeting and financial reporting, project management and other skilled managerial and business assignments.

Joined the company in 2015, Rumiya manages the daily operation either with the company accounts or with company associates. She has 15 years of experience with Housekeeping & Laundry in hospitality industry. Her background as an Executive Housekeeper in Luxury hotels helped to maintain high standards of service and to avoid any compromise with quality.
